Dermatophytoses
Onychomycoses
Tinea versicolor
Cutaneous candidiasis
Oropharyngeal candidiasis
Vulvovaginal candidiasis
Chronic mucocutaneous candidiasis
Oculomycoses
Systemic mycosis
Dosage:
The typical dosage varies based on the infection type:
Onychomycosis: 200 mg daily for 3-5 months or 400 mg daily for one week per month over three consecutive months.
Candidiasis of Nail: 200 mg daily for 3-5 months or 400 mg daily for one week per month over three consecutive months.
Tinea Capitis: 100 mg once daily for 4 weeks.
Tinea Corporis/Tinea Cruris: 100 mg daily for 15 days or 200 mg daily for 7 days.
Mucocutaneous Candidiasis: 200 mg daily for 5-7 days.
Tinea Pedis: 100 mg daily for 30 days or 200 mg twice daily for 7 days.
Pityriasis Versicolor (Chronic/Recurrent): 200 mg daily for 7 days.
Vulvovaginal Candidiasis: 200 mg twice daily for 1 day.
