Composition:

Each film-coated tablet contains:

• Ofloxacin IP: 200 mg
• Ornidazole IP: 500 mg
• Lactic Acid Bacillus: 60 Million spores

Uses:

OFFRY OLS Tablet is indicated for the effective treatment of bacterial and protozoal infections, including:

• Urinary tract infections
• Gastrointestinal infections
• Respiratory tract infections
• Irritable Bowel Syndrome
• Inflammatory Bowel Disease
• Diarrhea And Dysentery Due To Mixed Infections
• Prophylaxis & Treatment Of Post-Operative Infections

Indications:

This combination medication is recommended for patients with infections caused by susceptible microorganisms. The presence of Lactic Acid Bacillus helps maintain gut flora during antibiotic therapy.

Dosage:

• Adults: Typically, one tablet twice daily or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
