Norethisterone is used in heavy menstrual bleeding, pain during menstruation, endometriosis and Premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

Norethisterone regulates menstrual cycles and treats a wide range of menstrual disorders such as heavy, painful periods and endometriosis.

It may cause bleeding or spotting in between menstrual periods. Let your doctor know if this occurs frequently.

Norethisterone 5 mg Tablet

Norethisterone is a synthetic form of the hormone progesterone. It is commonly used in various gynecological and hormonal conditions.

Uses & Indications of Norethisterone 5 mg Tablet:

  1. Menstrual Disorders:

    • Treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia)

    • Painful periods (dysmenorrhea)

    • Irregular menstrual cycles

  2. Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS): Relieves premenstrual symptoms.
